The video hoax was first spotted by Scott Loughrey in his article Was 911 a Video Movie?. Subsequently, the idea was noisily taken up by WebFairy and Nico Haupt. Unfortunately, with WebFairy’s talk of Tesla Energies, and Haupt’s far worse behaviour, they have served very well to discredit the idea.
Loughrey was a clear and experienced writer who contributed to the Baltimore Chronicle regularly and understood well the ways of media deception. Loughrey was a good spokesman for his ideas. When people encounter the no-planes theory, they should be introduced via Loughrey’s writing, the original and best. Most writing in the six or seven years since has simply mudied the water.
I have one question:
Where is Scott Loughrey?
